Cocktail Of The Week

This is my go to recipe for a Negroni. You can substitute the Mayor Pingree Barrel Aged Gin for any gin of your choosing but this one adds some depth to the cocktail. I also prefer the Aperol as it's a bit sweeter but either will make this cocktail taste so great!
